Your pity on me and look into the matter will be much

obliged and have it your early decision. Please notice that

the Chinese Government at Swatow is quite barbarous so the

Consul is failed in his negotiation and he told me that my

case is transferred entirely to your decision. Therefore I

am obliged to trouble you with this plea. I wonder why the

Chinese Government refused to return my property and businese

after being recognised again of my nationality and as thie

matter is not happened with my own fault at all. Your

immediate assistance will be much appreciated.
